Miriam Brown is an accomplished organizational strategist and analyst, combining business acumen and an acute knowledge of how people behave to help organizations become more effective in reaching their goals and enhancing performance.

Experienced in organizational development work – change management, communications, and brand strategy – as well as workplace design strategy – workplace process analysis, design guidelines and standards and space needs assessment – Miriam’s multidisciplinary skill set brings sophistication and rigor to develop innovative and effective performance recommendations.

She has over 10 years experience working with a range of clients in both the public and private sector including Disney, Nokia, The New York Times, REI, The FBI, the County of Alameda and The California DMV.

Miriam earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Alliant University and did her undergraduate work in Psychology at Northwestern University.
