For seventeen years, Mike has directed marketing organizations and provided strategic counsel to high-technology companies. A product marketing executive with extensive experience in both product management and outbound marketing, Mike has a rare ability to align product development, corporate communications, and field operations. He applies his practical, results-oriented approach to his specialty areas: product strategy, market analysis, new product requirements, and sales enablement.
Previously, Mike directed the product marketing team for PeopleSoft’s suite of supply chain applications. Prior to PeopleSoft, he ran global product management for midrange servers in HP’s Network Server Division. He also held senior marketing positions at Oracle and Allegis, an early-stage Partner Relationship Management company. Mike began his career at The McKenna Group building his foundation in positioning, segmentation, and new market entry strategies for IBM and Canon.
Mike earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and completed his undergraduate work at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
