Guided by keen insight and more than 15 years of practical experience, she helps clients solve business problems with her collaborative style, strategic thinking and rigorous analysis.

Prior to co-founding Performance Works, Loree spent 12 years leading the global consulting arm of Gensler, the world’s largest design and planning firm, where she oversaw the creation and growth of innovative services in design strategy, real estate and facilities planning, organizational development and information solutions. Loree’s private- and public-sector work has delivered groundbreaking results for Fortune 500 firms, government agencies and emerging businesses alike.

In addition to a Master of Business Management from Lesley University, Loree holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles. Her strategic planning work has been published in Architectural Record, LA Architect, Strategic Facility Planning (Random House) and the Personnel Journal, among others. She has published papers or presented in conjunction with a number of professional conferences, including CoreNet, Urban Land Institute, Neocon, Realcomm, the American Institute of Architects, FastCompany Realtime, and the Institute of Design at IIT. She has also produced a number of thought leadership client forums including: MainStreet 2020, Pioneers of the 21st C., The Future of Community Conference and ROI3.
