Kathryn has combined fifteen years of experience in user-centered design, data analytics and business strategy into a unique skill set bringing measureable improvements to clients in the design of products, processes and services. Her current focus is on creating and implementing sustainable solutions to pressing environmental, social and cultural issues.
Her keen ability to question assumptions and identify a problem’s root cause has enabled Kathryn to deliver cost savings, process innovation and improved employee effectiveness to over 25 high-profile clients in both the public and private sectors. Prior to Performance Works, Kathryn applied her skills to a broad range of design challenges including digital product strategy, civic service delivery, workplace design and measuring performance.
Kathryn’s foundation in planning is grounded with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Planning from the University of California, San Diego. She went on to study Human Ecology at Cornell University where she received a Master of Science. In addition to analytical strength and a strategic mindset, Kathryn brings her knowledge of human factors to developing long-term sustainable solutions for clients.
